📋 Description

• Define, design, and steward experiences that span the entire platform—ensuring cohesion and preventing silos. • Shape, evolve, and contribute to our design systems; set standards and solve for consistency, scalability, and accessibility. • Ideate, design, and experiment with AI and automation for customer features, predictive tools, or your own design workflow. • Foster deep partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers. • Define success metrics, validate with analytics and qualitative insights, and iterate relentlessly for both user value and business outcomes.
