• Experience launching products successfully to internal customers • Used qualitative and quantitative research to inform their product roadmap, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs • Set a product vision and strategy, and executed on it • Embrace experimentation and hypothesis led testing • Ruthlessly prioritized their product roadmap and had to make hard tradeoff decisions • Collaborated on a cross-functional team of UX designers, software engineers, data scientists, prompt engineers, analytics, operational business partners, and others • A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills • A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow • A growth mindset in leveraging AI to build great customer experiences, and to improve their product management skill sets • The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information • Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment • An understanding of the competitive software space.
