📋 Description

• Lead programme initiation, including stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and scheduling • Define and document programme scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals • Establish governance structures and ensure compliance with internal and external standards • Monitor progress across multiple projects, providing consolidated status reports and executive-level updates • Manage programme-level risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies • Oversee financial tracking, including milestone payments and budget adherence • Drive programme closure activities, including lessons learned and benefits realization • Mentor and coach project managers and team members to achieve best practice standards • Represent and advocate for the Programme Management function across Ideagen and externally

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience delivering complex programmes in regulated industries (e.g., defense, aviation) • Proven ability to deliver programmes on time, within scope, and on budget • Strong track record of managing multiple interdependent projects concurrently • Expertise in resource planning, financial control, and governance frameworks • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement • Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies • Proficiency in programme planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office Suite • Strong risk management and mitigation experience • Ability to lead and inspire teams, delegate effectively, and manage performance • Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent (MSP certification desirable)
