📋 Description

• Lead engineering team responsible for end-to-end experiences and capabilities of Hudl's camera product family (Hudl Focus). • Oversee software across device application/integration layers, edge AI on device, cloud services and mobile app. • Drive technical strategy to align team vision with Hudl's mission of empowering athletes and coaches. • Focus on outcomes over outputs: make data-driven decisions and deliver high-impact work on time. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to plan and deliver product enhancements. • Empower and coach a team of 4–8 Software Engineers, fostering continuous growth and serving the team. • Champion Agile practices and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced: worked on cloud technology and built highly scalable software solutions handling large volumes of data. • Strategic: able to set technical direction, facilitate design sessions, create architectural diagrams, and evaluate risks. • A mentor: support professional development of team members through coaching and knowledge sharing. • Excellent communication skills: articulate ideas clearly and work effectively with various stakeholders. • Able to lead and coach a team of four to eight Software Engineers and champion Agile/Scrum practices. • Nice-to-haves: experience with C#, React, React Native, Rust, Python, MongoDB, and AWS. • Nice-to-haves: experience in product partnership and collaborating effectively with Product Managers to shape roadmaps.
