• You'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that directly support HTI's major donor engagement and fundraising goals. • You'll work closely with the advancement and executive teams to optimize donor journeys, create compelling content, support engaging events, and enhance HTI's presence in the human trafficking space with a focus on revenue generating content and activities. • You'll ensure our marketing efforts align with our mission and donor engagement strategies while leveraging data and storytelling to deepen donor relationships. • Design structured donor journeys to guide new major donor prospects through the pipeline. • Build donor activation opportunities. • Develop a toolkit to support major donor outreach and expand HTI’s network. • Support donor-hosted events ensuring the events drive engagement and long-term giving. • Track and analyze event/campaign performance to improve donor journeys. • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance HTI’s major donor engagement in partnership with the HTI leadership team. • Establish KPIs and tracking systems to measure effectiveness and donor engagement. • Collaborate on major donor events, video creation, and customized engagement tools. • Create a system to review and analyze reporting. • Support campaign readiness efforts and other key initiatives. • Support marketing needs for campaign and HTI expansion initiatives. • Collaborate to align marketing with donor stewardship strategies and fundraising efforts. • Write and produce compelling content for multiple channels, including website copy, social media posts, press releases, digital communication, and print communications. • Manage and maintain HTI’s social media accounts, website, and other digital platforms. • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and materials. • Create and maintain a communication calendar across all channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field • 5+ years in non-profit marketing, major-donor engagement, and communications. • Experience managing campaign readiness and launch efforts. • Experience developing websites, email marketing, and social media for donor engagement.
