📋 Description

• Evaluate programs and interventions related to Humana's Star Rating measure performance • Compile & analyze data, develop methodology, and forecast results for reporting • Collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot problems, and conduct root cause analysis • Ensure data integrity by developing and executing processes and controls around data flow • Establish metrics, provide data analyses, and support business intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams • Strong communication skills • 2+ years of actuarial experience in healthcare (preferred) • SAS or other coding skills (preferred) • Medicare experience (preferred) • Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings (preferred)
