📋 Description

• Manage the TRICARE contract within an assigned geography, potentially spanning multiple states • Link market-level strategic, operational, and tactical actions for Humana Military, DHA, DHNs, and MTFs • Oversee day-to-day TRICARE activities across PSAs, NPSAs, MTFs, Coast Guard clinics, and National Guard and Reserve Units • Provide consultative services to DHN and MTF personnel to create and sustain an integrated healthcare system aligned with the MHS Quadruple Aim • Develop, influence, and implement strategies improving DHN/MTF optimization, medical force readiness, and service-member readiness • Supervise TRICARE service delivery and network operations, including customer support, outreach, network adequacy, access-to-care standards, provider relationships, provider education, and provider management • Participate in developing Alternative Payment Methodologies and Demonstration Pilots aligned to Value Based Care models • Report to a Regional Vice President

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services) • Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired • 5 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry • Strategic planning experience • Experience in the Military Health System and/or with TRICARE contracts • Experience with fiscal stewardship or responsibility for managing cost trends • Network development and management experience • Managed Care experience • Experience coordinating the activities of diverse functions • Ability to work Central and/or Eastern Time Zone hours • Self-provided internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required
