📋 Description

• Lead large, high-impact workstreams from problem structuring through analysis and recommendations • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance data • Develop data-driven recommendations and communicate findings to senior leaders • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate strategy into execution • Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors • Support annual strategic planning and ongoing business reviews • Mentor and develop junior team members • Shape implementation considerations and transition strategies to business owners • Contribute to high-impact strategy projects addressing Humana’s Medicare and Medicaid businesses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of full-time work experience with a leading management consulting firm and/or strategy consulting-related experience outside a consulting firm • 2–3+ years of additional full-time work experience in a role requiring core strategy consulting skills/capabilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop structured insights from complex data • Excellent communication skills, including preparing and delivering executive-level presentations • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders in a matrixed environment • Experience managing significant workstreams or independent projects • Preferred: MBA, MPH, or other relevant advanced degree • Preferred: Healthcare industry experience, particularly in managed care or provider sectors • Preferred: Experience leading strategy projects from concept to execution • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
