📋 Description

• Develop and test information security tools, applications, and system solutions deployed within Humana • Oversee design engineering and testing processes for Humana EIP products • Drive EIP products from design through volume production release with relevant stakeholders • Design, oversee, and perform engineering tests validating platform and product designs • Design and implement protocols and solutions safeguarding sensitive data from breaches or attacks • Implement engineering updates to Humana information technology and information security infrastructures • Engineer data protection products such as Privacera • Deploy solutions on Azure and GCP clouds • Create CI/CD pipelines in Azure • Perform risk assessments and enhance the security solutions lifecycle • Conduct R&D evaluating security tools against strategic security capability gaps • Serve as a subject matter expert on existing security controls, with a focus on Privacera • Identify, design, review, and collaborate on deployment of new security technology solutions • Monitor developments in security threats, tools, attack vectors, mitigation strategies, and preventative measures • Participate in technology solutions supported by ROI, total cost of ownership, or cost-benefit analyses • Perform technical proofs of concept • Influence department strategy and make technical decisions independently

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within 60 minutes’ drive of Louisville, NYC Metro, Dallas Metro, Charlotte NC Metro, South Florida, Washington DC metro, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, or Nashville • Hands-on automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or a similar language • 3+ years of experience with Security and Major Incident Response • 3+ years of experience in an Azure DevOps environment • 3+ years of experience in Azure monitoring • Ability to write shell scripts • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Solid knowledge and understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) • Strong experience working in Agile environments • 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role • Ability to provide high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
