📋 Description

• Support successful value-based provider relationships • Improve the provider experience and achieve path-to-value goals • Interpret department, segment, and organizational strategies and operating objectives • Analyze provider financial patterns and trends using Excel and/or SQL • Update, maintain, and review fee scheduling and pricing structures • Review provider contracts and ensure rates are priced and applied accurately • Identify process recommendations and ensure compliance with government regulations • Collaborate and communicate with internal partners across various departments and professional levels • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with data analysis • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formatting • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment • Proven experience organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to communicate with various levels in the organization • Ability to work EST hours • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees • Preferred: 1+ year of experience within the Humana Service Fund Department • Preferred: Experience with contracts • Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry • Preferred: SQL knowledge and experience writing SQL queries • Preferred: Experience with project management
