📋 Description

• Provide support in temporarily vacant sales territories through short- or long-term assignments • Ensure continuity of commercial relationships within the assigned territory • Build lasting partnerships with pharmacies and parapharmacies • Support clients in growing their retail outlets • Actively prospect for new clients • Expand brand presence in each assigned territory • Implement defined sales and marketing initiatives • Ensure products are prominently displayed • Analyze results and propose action plans tailored to each territory • Quickly adapt to a new territory, team, and contacts • Report to the relevant Regional Sales Manager, depending on the assignment

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a business school or equivalent qualification • Successful initial experience in field sales, ideally in selective distribution • Knowledge of the pharmacy and parapharmacy network is a major advantage • Willingness to travel throughout France • Available for regular travel, including occasional overnight stays • Strong appetite for challenge, sales performance, and adaptability • Excellent interpersonal skills • Customer-service orientation • Ability to quickly win over new contacts
