📋 Description

• Develop strong, genuine client relationships with Hummingbird’s customers, particularly management and senior-level stakeholders • Build and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth • Maximize the lifetime value of customer partnerships • Act as a trusted advisor by coaching customers on best practices • Help customers navigate how AI is changing compliance work • Translate AI-related changes into practical next steps and measurable ROI • Collaborate cross-functionally with almost every internal team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Solve customer problems with creativity, empathy, and pragmatism

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Customer Success Manager role, ideally for a SaaS company managing enterprise accounts • Financial Institution or Fintech experience is a plus • Resourceful, proactive, and creative approach to developing playbooks • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to identify trends and help customers • Skilled at discovery and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels • Proven track record of turning stakeholder conversations into action and successful outcomes • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn as the product and industry evolve • Commitment to supporting teammates and contributing to team culture and shared principles
