📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert on business technology solutions, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to various business units. • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, pain points, and strategic goals, and translate these into clear technical requirements. • Build and independently develop strong relationships with stakeholders across all business units. You'll be a key connection, bridging communication gaps and building trust to understand their current and future IT system needs, pain points, and strategic goals, and translate these into clear technical requirements. • Identify opportunities to break down departmental silos, leveraging technology to foster collaboration and improve efficiency through integrations and shared solutions. • Proactively identify process improvement and optimization opportunities, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Lead the discovery, evaluation, selection, and implementation of new SaaS applications and IT systems, ensuring they align with business needs and company-wide objectives. • Develop and present comprehensive reports, business cases, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Finance, Legal, and technical operations teams, during the procurement and implementation of new solutions. • Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and ensuring they deliver expected business value. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices. • Promote the effective use of existing and new technologies across business units to maximize value and solve business problems. • Maintain a solid understanding of security best practices for SaaS environments and ensure all solutions adhere to company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis, solutions design, or a similar role. • Proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into effective technical solutions. • Experience with a wide range of business applications, such as Salesforce, Workday, Gong, 6Sense, HubSpot, Marketo, and Jira. • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across departments. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Monday Work Management, Asana, Jira). • Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Lucid Chart, Loom, Confluence, Slack, etc. • Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation using tools such as Lucid Chart, Figma, Loom, Confluence, Google Docs, etc. • A forward-thinking, proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.
