📋 Description

• Manage complex multi-workstream projects • Oversee junior team members • Analyze data to implement performance improvement and organizational change • Collaborate with team members and clients to align with business objectives • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders • Lead and develop team members through training, supervision, and feedback • Improve care coordination and consistency • Reduce length of stay and readmissions • Manage project leadership and complex design and implementation activities within healthcare consulting engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 6+ years of project leadership and workplan management experience in clinical enterprise • Healthcare operations or hospital department leadership experience • Experience in process re-engineering, performance improvement, change management, department operations, value-based care, or physician integration • Project leadership and complex design and implementation management experience within a consulting firm • Specific expertise in improving care coordination and consistency and reducing length of stay and readmissions • Ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs; current Healthcare practice average travel is less than 50% annually • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • US Work Authorization required • Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment preferred
