📋 Description

• Manage and resolve production support tickets, including break-fix issues, troubleshooting, and user support requests • Prioritize and work through ticket backlogs while maintaining service levels and stakeholder satisfaction • Identify and implement system enhancements and workflow optimizations to improve application performance and user experience • Independently resolve complex issues • Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to support application stability and ongoing improvements • Support Epic application optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts • Plan, test, validate, and provide post-upgrade support for Epic upgrades • Balance day-to-day operational support with strategic optimization and upgrade projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and resolving production support tickets, including break-fix issues, troubleshooting, and user support requests • Certifications or experience in Financial Assistance and Estimates • Proven ability to prioritize and work through ticket backlogs while maintaining service levels and stakeholder satisfaction • Experience identifying and implementing system enhancements and workflow optimizations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex issues • Experience collaborating with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders • Experience supporting Epic application optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts • Hands-on experience with Epic upgrades, including planning, testing, validation, and post-upgrade support • Previous experience supporting large healthcare organizations in a production support environment • Ability to balance day-to-day operational support with strategic optimization and upgrade projects
