📋 Description

• The Process Engineer 2 is responsible for internal process improvement and the development and execution of projects. • Lead, organize, and facilitate cross-functional projects within Information Systems department. • Conduct cross functional and strategic improvement projects supporting quality and process improvement. • Engage with lines of business and technical teams. • Improves standard processes to shorten time for project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of relevant experience with process improvement • Relevant experience with Agile Development methods • Proven success in delivering results, and identifying operational opportunities • Analytical and problem solving skills • Relevant experience in system implementation and administration • Good oral and written communications skills • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills • Good collaboration skills • Good facilitation and project management skill • Good interpersonal skills • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion • Good ability to develop and use engaging presentation methodologies • Good ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Good ability to establish rapport and gain trust
