📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team delivering financial services products from concept to adoption. • Define a strategic roadmap that addresses key priorities such as digital banking, risk management, compliance, and customer experience. • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with banks, credit unions, and fintech ecosystems. • Ensure all products meet regulatory and security standards, including SOX, PCI-DSS, and GLBA compliance. • Collaborate with sales leadership on go-to-market strategies for financial institutions of all sizes. • Shape pricing strategies that reflect the financial services market landscape. • Monitor emerging trends such as AI-driven risk assessment, blockchain, and real-time payments to drive innovation. • Define and track KPIs to measure market adoption, customer satisfaction, and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). • 12+ years of experience in financial services technology product management, with 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level. • Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and digital transformation trends in banking and lending. • Proven success in launching enterprise-grade financial technology solutions. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence C-level executives and external stakeholders.
