📋 Description

• Lead a product management team driving insurance technology solutions from concept through adoption. • Define the product vision and roadmap for policy lifecycle management, claims automation, and digital engagement platforms. • Build partnerships with insurance carriers, brokers, and insurtech ecosystems to align product strategies with market needs. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including state-specific mandates and standards. • Partner with sales leadership on tailored go-to-market strategies for different insurance sectors. • Stay ahead of trends such as AI-driven underwriting, predictive analytics, and telematics to ensure continued market leadership. • Define key metrics to measure success across adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred). • 12+ years of experience in insurance technology product management, with 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level. • Experience in the Insurance industry is a strong plus. • Deep knowledge of insurance operations, compliance frameworks, and digital transformation trends. • Proven ability to launch innovative products for carriers and insurance service providers.. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global teams.
