• responsible for end-to-end category management of critical electrical infrastructure components • drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply continuity • develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships • mitigate supply chain risk and support Hyper’s data center infrastructure business
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 5–10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management • experience sourcing electrical components, industrial equipment, or critical infrastructure products • strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
