⢠Establish the strategic vision of safety with leadership and executive partnership ⢠Develop company-wide safety policies and procedures ⢠Ensure OSHA, federal, state, and local regulatory compliance ⢠Develop safety culture and employee engagement ⢠Manage operational risk and incident prevention ⢠Set training requirements, audits, inspections, and corrective actions ⢠Drive continuous improvement of safety systems and performance ⢠Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of i2G Systems' corporate safety strategy across all business operations ⢠Work with executive leadership, Operations, PMO, Service, and Field teams to establish and execute a comprehensive safety program ⢠Serve as the subject matter expert for safety governance, policies, procedures, training programs, risk mitigation strategies, incident management processes, and auditing programs ⢠Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and analyze safety performance metrics ⢠Lead investigations into incidents and near misses ⢠Drive corrective actions to reduce risk and prevent injuries ⢠Protect employees, clients, and the company's reputation while supporting safe and efficient execution of company activities ⢠Report to the Senior Director of Business Operations
⢠Minimum of 10 years of progressive safety leadership experience ⢠At least 5 years in a senior-level safety management role supporting construction, low-voltage systems, electronic security, telecommunications, or related industries ⢠Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, state and local safety requirements, workers' compensation practices, and industry best practices ⢠Experience developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide safety programs, policies, procedures, and training initiatives ⢠Ability to partner with executive leadership to develop strategic safety objectives and drive organizational accountability ⢠Experience leading accident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective action programs, and continuous improvement initiatives ⢠Understanding of field operations, construction safety, electrical safety, fleet safety, fall protection, confined space, lockout/tagout, and other high-risk work activities ⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills ⢠Experience managing safety audits, customer safety requirements, contractor compliance programs, and regulatory inspections ⢠Strong analytical skills, including identifying trends, developing KPIs, and using data to drive safety improvements ⢠Flexible schedule and ability to thrive under pressure ⢠Detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to excellence ⢠Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software platforms ⢠Willingness to travel across North America, estimated at 25% ⢠Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, Construction Management, Industrial Safety, or related field preferred ⢠Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), OSHA 500 and/or OSHA 510 Certification, or other relevant safety credentials are preferred or a plus
