📋 Description

• Structure and oversee debt recovery operations • Map existing processes and deploy standardized procedures (amicable, pre-litigation, litigation) • Bring unpaid debts under control: ensure data reliability, segmentation, and prioritization • Monitor performance through regular reporting and lead a continuous improvement plan • Act as the ALI/GLI reference and manage associated risk • Provide internal expertise on insurer/broker agreements and contractual obligations • Organize claim reporting and follow-up, ensuring complete and compliant files • Analyze claims experience and propose optimizations • Prepare and coordinate the large-scale progressive deployment of the GLI “Ducroire” product • Manage and lead the litigation team: supervise and support the Debt Recovery/Litigation Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience: 5 to 10 years in debt recovery and/or rental litigation, ideally with initial management experience • Strong technical expertise: mastery of amicable and judicial recovery procedures (formal demand to pay/commandement de payer, payment order/injonction de payer, summons/assignation, enforcement measures/voies d’exécution) • Very good knowledge of GLI products: file compilation, claims analysis, and insurer/broker relationships • Comfortable with property management/recovery tools and reporting (dashboards, KPI tracking)
