• Supervise and support a team of administrative managers (approximately 10 employees). • Organize and monitor the team’s activities to achieve set objectives. • Lead, motivate and foster a strong team dynamic. • Conduct positioning and performance review meetings with the managers in your unit. • Carry out positioning and evaluation interviews, set individual objectives and identify coaching and training needs. • Develop your team members’ skills and ensure their professional growth. • Manage the department’s operations using supervision tools and produce regular reports. • Maintain awareness of developments in your area of activity. • Serve as a subject-matter reference and participate in projects to optimize activity organization (processes, tools, information systems) or in cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven initial experience in frontline management, ideally in customer relations or a call center. • Strong managerial inclination and leadership skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Organizational ability, adaptability and analytical mindset. • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit. • Energy, responsiveness and commitment. • Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
