📋 Description

• Own 100% of outbound prospecting • Conduct cold calling and high-volume outbound activity in an SMB environment • Qualify leads among landscape, tree care, and snow removal operators • Build genuine relationships with prospective businesses • Work closely with the SDR Manager and Sales team to refine strategy and maintain pipeline • Represent Granum at trade shows across Canada and the U.S. approximately once a quarter • Track metrics and remain accountable to KPIs • Report directly to the SDR Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Strong people skills and ability to create compelling sales stories • Strong listening skills • Customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, or similar environments • Sales experience, including cold calling, door-to-door, or B2B sales • Resilience to rejection • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments • Strong organization skills and ability to maintain a clean pipeline and honest CRM • Ability to travel to trade shows in Canada and the U.S. approximately once a quarter • Interest in building a career in sales • Must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S. without company sponsorship
