• Planning, organizing and executing events (online and on-site) • Preparing and supporting trade fair appearances, industry events and customer events • Actively representing ibelsa at events (e.g. DEHOGA events) • Presenting our software and serving as the primary on-site contact for prospective customers • Supporting the sales team with lead generation and follow-up • Working closely with Marketing and contributing your own marketing ideas related to events and visibility • Coordinating appointments, processes and stakeholders – both internal and external • Post-event follow-up (leads, feedback, learnings, documentation)
• Several years of experience in hotels or the hospitality sector • Experience in event management or event planning • Initial experience in marketing • Enjoyment of networking and face-to-face interaction • Confident presence and enthusiasm • Strong organizational skills with a structured working style • High willingness to travel (extensive travel expected) • Ideally based in central Germany (for optimal accessibility to assignment locations)
