📋 Description

• Planning, organizing and executing events (online & onsite) • Coordinating schedules, processes and participants – both internal and external • Acting as the interface between Marketing, Sales, Support and external partners • Supporting trade show appearances, customer events and internal company events • Post-event follow-up (feedback, learnings, documentation) • Ensuring that events fit ibelsa – personal, professional and well organized

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in event management or a comparable role • Experience in the hotel industry is desirable and a definite plus • Strong organizational skills with a structured way of working • Strong communication skills and good interpersonal instincts • Ability to maintain oversight when multiple tasks are happening simultaneously • Team-player mentality, with the ability to work independently • German and English, spoken and written
