📋 Description

• Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support decision-making and business growth. • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the office of CEOs. • Manage the company’s capital structure to ensure financial sustainability and scalability. • Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with financial standards. • Oversee inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and cost allocations (if applicable). • Establish and enforce effective internal controls, systems, and reporting processes. • Deliver timely and reliable financial reports to support executive and board-level decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in a startup organization. • Strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance. • Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills. • Experience in implementing scalable systems, financial processes, and internal controls. • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA in Finance) is highly preferred. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Willingness to work according to designated working hours.
