📋 Description

• - Coordinate and manage projects across trading, risk, and technology teams, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines. • - Collaborate with data and tech teams to design, build, and maintain real-time dashboards for trading performance and exposure monitoring. • - Work closely with the Risk Department to enhance reporting frameworks and data accuracy. • - Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency across departments. • - Prepare clear, data-driven project updates and reports for senior management. • - Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project impact, operational efficiency, and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in **prop trading, fintech, CRM/technology consulting, or financial services**. • - Proficient in data visualization tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio**. • - Strong understanding of **risk management concepts** (drawdown, equity curve, daily loss limits, etc.). • - Hands-on experience using **project management tools** (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.). • - Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
