📋 Description

• Client-facing responsibilities including investor relations, partnerships & new business development • Drafting legally binding documentation as required by PRIIPS, AIFMD, and other supervisory provisions • Ensuring adequate execution of the executive committee investment policy in relation to share capital and any other assets held by the company • Ensuring annual statutory accounts are adequately published in a timely and formatted as per IFRS accounting standards • Fulfilling the requirements of exchange membership for relevant sub-funds, maintaining interaction with investors and the general public • Regulatory on-boarding and compliance responsibilities, particularly those in-scope of AIFMD and UCITS • Any reasonable responsibility that may arise from time to time as defined by the management company

🎯 Requirements

• Senior investment management experience • Prior experience in venture capital or private equity (cleantech and renewables) • An intimate understanding of workplace diversity & inclusion • Chartered Financial Analyst (Level 3) qualification • Approved Person (CF21 or CF30) for Controlled Functions
