📋 Description

• Partner with customers to understand their legal and operational needs and translate them into effective platform solutions. • Guide customers in getting the most out of the Icertis platform by sharing best practices and driving strong product adoption. • Support customers as they implement AI-powered playbooks and prompts through testing, iteration, and continuous improvement. • Bring insights from customer engagements back to the product team to help shape product enhancements, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. • Play a key role in building and scaling our Legal AI Center of Excellence, helping develop processes, knowledge, and best practices for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) • Experience reviewing commercial contracts • Experience working with AI tools and prompt writing • 5+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation • Strong knowledge of common contract provisions across agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements • Experience developing or working with contract playbooks, review guidelines, or negotiation protocols • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to translate legal concepts into structured guidance for AI systems • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders • Professional presence when working with enterprise-level customers, including general counsel and senior legal leaders • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
