📋 Description

• Help configure and maintain the Salesforce application • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings • Customize Salesforce using its native low-code/no-code tools • Oversee release management processes • Coordinate with development teams to deploy updates • Support data migration from legacy systems • Create and maintain technical documentation • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Active Salesforce Administrator certification • 2+ years as a Salesforce Administrator for large production orgs • 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices • Candidate must be able to obtain and keep a Public Trust clearance • U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card is required due to federal contract requirements • Candidate must reside in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S. • Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years. • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related discipline will be preferred • Prefer a candidate with an active Public Trust or Secret Clearance. • Experience with data migration tools and integration processes. • Understanding of federal government security standards and experience supporting ATO processes. • Experience administering OmniStudio components.
