📋 Description

• Coordinate with different departments on finance quarterly portfolio reports • Consolidate data and gather information for annual and quarterly financial reports • Support annual close activities • Gather key expense information on trackers • Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams • Prepare team slides for meetings • Manage corporate communication and reshape the newsletter • Update the training system and upload training recordings • Be accountable for transitioning to new systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, ideally but not mandatory • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders gained at global level • Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices • Proficiency in Microsoft MS 365 tools Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT as well as SharePoint • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Pro-active, can-do attitude work approach • Good English writing and analytical skills • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
