📋 Description

• Leading and managing project teams, including defining project objectives, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure successful project outcomes. • Overseeing the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time. • Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and expectations. • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing solutions to address challenges and keep the project on track. • Providing regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred. • Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous. • Significant experience in project management is required. • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.
