📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and protocol deviations, providing clinical insights and recommendations as needed • Assist in developing and implementing nursing review processes and procedures to optimize data quality and integrity • Participate in data collection and analysis activities, contributing to the interpretation and reporting of clinical trial results • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing review activities and findings, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines • Design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related field • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing • Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in a research or clinical trial setting • Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical research • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
