âą Route site level agreements for signature via paper or DocuSign âą Quality-control site level agreements to ensure signatures are completed, execution date is present, and protocol number is consistent âą Distribute site level agreements to appropriate stakeholders âą File agreements in an electronic repository and enter information into Medidata based on CTA and budget information âą Analyze and create reports for the Site Contracting Management team âą Serve as primary point of contact with investigative sites or vendors for CDA negotiations âą Collaborate with Vertex Legal on contract language negotiations âą Deliver clinical research work to a high standard while working closely with the team and stakeholders
âą B.S. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager) âą Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience âą High degree of experience in contract management âą Experience supporting inspections (preparation activities, audits) âą Previous experience with process development (SOP, WI) desired âą High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams âą Familiarity with standard videoconferencing tools âą Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to be able to interact with internal Vertex groups as well as external groups âą Strong attention to detail âą Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional team âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
