📋 Description

• Route site level agreements for signature via paper or DocuSign • Quality-control site level agreements to ensure signatures are completed, execution date is present, and protocol number is consistent • Distribute site level agreements to appropriate stakeholders • File agreements in an electronic repository and enter information into Medidata based on CTA and budget information • Analyze and create reports for the Site Contracting Management team • Serve as primary point of contact with investigative sites or vendors for CDA negotiations • Collaborate with Vertex Legal on contract language negotiations • Deliver clinical research work to a high standard while working closely with the team and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager) • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience • High degree of experience in contract management • Experience supporting inspections (preparation activities, audits) • Previous experience with process development (SOP, WI) desired • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Familiarity with standard videoconferencing tools • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to be able to interact with internal Vertex groups as well as external groups • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional team • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
