📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day clinical data management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes • Leading the planning and execution of data management activities across multiple clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data management protocols, standards, and best practices • Overseeing the collection, processing, and validation of clinical trial data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting • Managing the data management team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance data management efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline • Significant experience in data management within a clinical research environment, with a proven track record of managing successful projects • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data standards, and regulatory requirements • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively • Proficient in data management software and tools, with strong analytical skills to assess and improve data quality
