📋 Description

• Direct project and programme management activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives • May act both as an individual contributor and a people leader and may operationally lead and coach team members • May be key client contact for designated clinical projects, drives and influences customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and repeat business • Takes accountability for project(s) or program(s) delivery oversight on time, to budget, to the highest quality, and in compliance with ICH-GCP • Enables team members to manage and deliver quality projects/programs on time to clients and achieve or exceed operational and financial metrics • Works closely with relevant leaders and staff from other functions (Finance, Commercial, Quality, Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, etc.) • May contribute actively to proposal development and Bid Defense Meetings by using their knowledge and experience to develop innovative plans, operational strategies, and budget models • Drives process improvement, risk assessment and mitigation, and execute quality • Customizes and drives implementation of corporate initiatives outcomes across immediate team and within the function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred • Extensive experience in project management within the clinical research or healthcare sectors • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%)
