âą Support IDEA project managers and teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items and meeting minutes âą Manage project documentation and ensure files, records, and data are up to date and accessible âą Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams and departments âą Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables and address issues that arise âą Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to support project progress and decision-making
âą Prior administrative experience ideal âą Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project tasks effectively âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments and diverse teams âą Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) âą Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous âą Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to supporting innovative and data-driven projects âą Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%) âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
