• Act as the main customer contact and lead a portfolio of clinical trials within the Medical Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions team • Manage customer communication, routine teleconferences, reporting deliverables, project timelines, and customer support throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate cross-functional internal resources and teams to deliver quality project outputs on time • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements • Develop project plans and timelines through internal and external kickoff meetings • Prepare and present materials for Investigator Meetings and customer-facing meetings • Complete revenue forecasting, invoicing, tracking, and submittal accurately and on time • Update budgets and contracts and obtain management approvals for change requests • Generate and maintain patient and site tracking reports using MS Excel and study databases • Coordinate site queries, incoming data submission, and resolution of data issues • Present internally and externally on the project portfolio • Identify project risks and implement mitigation processes and tactics • Participate in internal document, guide, training material, SOP, and customer audit activities • Provide oversight of Site Management and Reader Management activities • Meet or exceed internal Project Management metrics • Travel with Business Development for customer meetings as requested
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; preference in Life Sciences or similar, or equivalent education/work experience • Minimum three years in a customer-focused role • Desired minimum one year working in a project management role within the clinical trial industry • Imaging or Cardiac experience preferred but not required • Advanced English fluency required for business communication • Previous work history in English as primary language required • Ability to travel, potentially up to 20% of the time • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
