📋 Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues • Implement strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track • Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates • Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics • Drive effective project governance and ensure adherence to agreed processes, quality standards, and delivery milestones • Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities • Balance client expectations and business objectives • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred • Significant experience in project management and team leadership • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, delivering within scope, time, and budget constraints • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, or life sciences industry is highly desirable • Experience supporting projects within General Medicine therapeutic areas would be advantageous • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based • Experience across one or more General Medicine indications such as Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Renal, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Metabolic Disorders, Endocrinology, or Internal Medicine is encouraged
