📋 Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies • Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals • Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics • Drive effective project governance and adherence to agreed processes, quality standards, and milestones • Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities while balancing client and business objectives • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing project delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred • Significant experience in project management and team leadership • Proven track record managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, or life sciences industries is highly desirable • Experience supporting General Medicine therapeutic-area projects is advantageous • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Experience in one or more General Medicine indications such as Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Renal, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Metabolic Disorders, Endocrinology, or Internal Medicine is encouraged
