📋 Description

• You sell a PIAM platform (Physical Identity & Access Management) as a SaaS solution • New customer acquisition & business development • You identify and develop new opportunities in organizations with complex IT and security requirements • You target relevant decision-makers directly — from CIOs and CISOs to security officers and compliance managers • You confidently manage complex tenders and deals through to closure • You continuously expand existing customer relationships • You analyze your customers’ requirements in the areas of physical security, access management, and compliance • You position ID-ware convincingly as a long-term, integrated platform solution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software or solution sales, ideally in physical security or SaaS • You understand complex customer requirements and can position the appropriate solution convincingly • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, and security officers • Confident presence and strong negotiation skills — including in complex procurement processes • Business-fluent German, good English skills • IT affinity and genuine interest in identity management and physical security • Advantageous: experience selling PIAM, physical security, or Identity & Access Management solutions
