📋 Description

• Oversee all international tax matters for the group • Responsible for non-U.S. tax audits and controversy • Coordinate with external tax advisors for audit submissions • Review tax planning, reporting and compliance strategies • Manage and communicate global transfer pricing calculations • Assess transfer pricing policy and advise on transaction taxes • Support tax planning, research, structuring, and compliance with international tax laws
