📋 Description

• Handling daily remote security service operations • Monitoring and maintaining operations of the security systems • Responding to events and following standard operating procedures to resolve issues • Providing timely updates to stakeholders and upholding confidentiality of information • Maintaining high levels of professional conduct and exercising initiative to improve service

🎯 Requirements

• Exemplary customer service skills • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize requests • Basic knowledge of operating systems and office applications • Understanding of security applications is an advantage • Previous experience in customer support, data operations, or service desk is an advantage • Full professional capacity in English; Latvian and French is an advantage
