📋 Description

• Engage leaders across all lines of business to foster a culture of safety. • Serve as an advisor and partner for business leadership across Europe. • Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance. • Develop and facilitate engagement initiatives for workplace safety. • Conduct root cause analysis and share improvement opportunities with leadership. • Develop, implement, and improve EH&S programs aligning with IDEXX values. • Identify, evaluate, and proactively address workplace risk. • Coordinate program reviews and share best practices across regions. • Maintain knowledge of European EH&S regulations and ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in Occupational Health + Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. • Fluency in French and English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a meaningful advantage. • Knowledge and experience in navigating current European EH&S regulations. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across levels of organizational leadership. • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing operational leaders. • A track record of translating regulatory complexity into practical, people-centered programs.
