• Help refine and execute IDRA’s fundraising plan • Conduct research and prospecting for new foundation contacts • Collaborate with IDRA staff to draft grant proposals with a focus on medium- to large-foundation support. • Support IDRA staff in cultivating relationships with funders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • Three years or more as a development professional is preferred • Track record in developing winning grant proposals for medium- to large-foundations • Experience in developing education-related grant proposals for corporate giving • Strong research and writing skills • Ability to clearly communicate IDRA’s mission • Ability to cultivate relationships with funders.
