📋 Description

• Carry out high-quality telephone interviews from home on behalf of the research team • Follow guided scripts and accurately record respondents' answers • Call business owners and senior decision-makers • Capture information for UK Government research into employers' skills, training and employment needs • Build rapport, listen carefully and ask questions • Book weekly shifts through the booking portal after paid training • Participate in virtual video assessment and paid live trial training

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work from a UK location • Computer or laptop required • USB headset required • Ethernet connection required • Quiet home working space and broadband connection • Confidence using a computer and accurately noting information • Reliability and ability to work towards targets • Great people skills • Ideally, some phone-based experience in customer service, sales or similar, but not required • Must complete the application form's six key criteria • Must complete a virtual video assessment focused on customer service and telephone skills • Must successfully complete the paid live trial training session
