📋 Description

• Carry out high-quality telephone interviews from home on behalf of the research team • Follow a guided script and record responses accurately • Call business owners and senior decision-makers • Capture information about skills, training, and employment needs • Support UK Government research assisting employers • Build rapport, listen carefully, ask questions, and capture answers • Book weekly shifts through the booking portal after paid training

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work from a UK location • Computer/laptop, USB headset and Ethernet connection • Quiet home working space and broadband connection • Great people skills • Confidence using a computer and noting down information accurately • Reliable and able to work towards targets • Ideally, some phone-based experience (customer service, sales or similar), but not required • Must complete the application form and meet six key criteria • Successful completion of virtual video assessment focused on customer service and telephone skills • Successful completion of paid live trial training session
