📋 Description

• Carry out high-quality telephone interviews on behalf of clients and the research team • Follow guided scripts • Record responses accurately • Call a variety of people, including recent UK university graduates for government studies • Build rapport, listen carefully, ask questions, and capture answers • Book weekly shifts through the shift-booking portal • Work evening and weekend shifts remotely • Support important research projects for government agencies and organisations

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work from a UK location • Computer/laptop, USB headset, and Ethernet connection • Quiet home working space and broadband connection • Great people skills • Confidence using a computer and noting down information accurately • Reliability and ability to work towards targets • Phone-based experience is ideal but not required • Must complete six application criteria/knockout questions • Must complete virtual video assessment focused on customer service and telephone skills • Must successfully complete the paid live trial training session
