📋 Description

• Carry out telephone interviews on behalf of the social research team • Call a predetermined list of people • Ask a set list of questions using a provided script • Record respondents’ answers accurately • Capture information from different audiences to support better-informed decisions and public policy • Book weekly shifts after successful training • Work Monday–Friday, 9am–4:30pm, with some shorter shifts available

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work from a UK location • Must have a computer or laptop (not a tablet or phone) • Must have a USB headset • Must have an Ethernet connection • Great communication skills • Confidence using a computer • Ability to record information accurately and quickly • Willingness to work to targets • Telephone interviewing, market research, customer service, outbound calling, telesales, or contact centre experience helpful but not essential • Full training provided
