📋 Description
• Carry out high-quality telephone interviews on behalf of clients and the research team • Follow guided scripts during interviews • Record responses accurately • Call recent UK university graduates and other respondents for government and social research studies • Build rapport with respondents • Listen carefully and ask questions • Capture information to support research projects • Book weekly shifts through the shift booking portal • Complete paid live trial and training
🎯 Requirements
• Great people skills and enjoyment of speaking to a variety of people • Confidence using a computer and noting down information accurately • Reliability and ability to work towards targets • Ideally, some phone-based experience in customer service, sales or similar, but not required • Full training provided • A quiet home working space • Broadband connection • Computer or laptop • USB headset • Ethernet connection • Must be able to work from a UK location • Successful completion of application knockout criteria, virtual video assessment, and paid live trial training
