📋 Description
• Own end-to-end EAM implementations, from initial analysis through successful go-live • Lead workshops and guide customers toward best-practice asset and maintenance processes • Translate business needs into a scalable, high-performing Ultimo configuration • Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting in the platform • Run multiple projects in parallel while keeping scope, quality, and timelines tight • Enable users through training and hands-on support during adoption • Collaborate closely with consulting peers, product teams, and support • Help evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach by sharing insights and lessons learned
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions (Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar) • Enjoy working in a consulting or project-driven environment • Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts • Like combining business insight with technical configuration • Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders • Are fluent in English and comfortable working internationally • Take ownership, act proactively, and genuinely care about customer success • Legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE
